Our deer friends at the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce of San Diego are hosting Green Connections cleantech event on November 6-7 at Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa. The focus of this two-day conference is Water, Waste, and Energy (Energy Efficiency and Clean Energy) and the aim is to create business relations between Sweden and the USA, and the San Diego region in particular.

Crowdfunding opportunity

The next Pay it Forward event on December 2nd and 3rd is going to be focused on crowdfunding. With support from the funding platform Indiegogo three crowdfunding campaigns are going to be launched during the Pay it Forward event and live streamed. Around 1,500 people are expected to attend the two-day event and the three campaigns will receive the best exposure during the event and the best possible support and from the crowdfunding experts and PR specialists. If you have an idea or a project that you want to raise money for this is an incredible opportunity to do so. The deadline for submitting campaign suggestions is on Friday November 8th. See the guidelines below.

Halloween – West Hollywood Style
With an office in the heart of West Hollywood it was hard not to get swept away by the huge Halloween celebration that took over the streets of West Hollywood yesterday. Nearly 500,000 people joined the West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnival along Santa Monica Boulevard and enjoyed some of the most creative and eclectic entrainment and costume creations around.
