CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct (the “Code”) ensures a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
2. Applicability
The Code applies to all Members, guests, speakers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers.
3. Expected Behavior
Professional and respectful communication
Compliance with applicable state laws and venue rules
Cooperation with Chamber staff
4. Prohibited Behavior
5. Enforcement
In the event a Member violates a provision(s) of the Code, the Chamber may remove individuals from events, suspend membership, or impose bans in good faith and in accordance with the Bylaws and applicable law.
6. No Mediation Obligation
The Chamber is not responsible for mediating member disputes.
