Pernilla Olsson

President

Pernilla Olsson is a senior leader, conflict management specialist, and leadership coach with extensive experience in mediation, workplace investigations, and leadership development. She has worked with major organizations like Saab Scania, Sandvik Coromant, and 3M, helping leaders resolve disputes, foster collaboration, and create harassment-free workplaces. With a Master of Theology from the University of Lund and specialized training in leadership and conflict resolution, she has guided organizations through complex challenges while strengthening team dynamics.

In addition to her corporate work, Pernilla spent over 15 years in leadership roles with the Church of Sweden, including managing international operations. As President of SACC-LA, she brings her expertise in mediation, organizational leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration to support the Swedish-American business community in Los Angeles, fostering strong professional networks and effective leadership.

Nellie Wartoft, a Swedish technology entrepreneur, founded Tigerhall in 2019, transforming how large enterprises foster organizational engagement to enact widespread change. Leading the company, Nellie expanded Tigerhall’s reach to Fortune 500 firms worldwide, with users in 32 countries and employees across 12 markets. She secured over $10 million in venture capital from investors like Sequoia Capital and Monk’s Hill Ventures, attracting clients from diverse sectors including technology, consumer goods, professional services, and financial services.

Before Tigerhall, Nellie excelled at Michael Page, leading the Sales & Marketing practice. Observing challenges in organizational engagement amid technological advancements, she launched Tigerhall to bridge the gap between traditional information sharing methods and modern interaction preferences. Recognized as one of Tatler Magazine’s 2021 Gen T Leaders of Tomorrow and listed among the Top Entrepreneurs to Watch in 2023 by the International Business Times, Nellie also boasts past achievements as a Swedish National Champion in skeet shooting and air rifle. Additionally, she frequently speaks at major events like TEDx, Global CEO Exchange, and SaaSTech Asia while serving as a non-executive director for prominent industry associations in Singapore and the United States. Nellie has lived and worked in Singapore, London, Seoul, and Los Angeles.

Chris Bjelkstam is General Manager for Tesla in Los Angeles and a licensed real estate professional specializing in luxury properties on LA’s Westside. With over two decades of experience as a high-level automotive executive—spanning iconic brands like BMW, Fisker, Lucid, and Tesla—Chris has honed a keen eye for precision, luxury, and excellence—qualities that seamlessly translate into the world of high-end real estate. Having launched and scaled new products and services across U.S. and global markets, Chris is known for building high-performing teams and delivering results in fast-paced, premium environments. His work bridges two dynamic industries—automotive and real estate—both driven by lifestyle, design, and elevated client expectations.

Chris holds a degree in International Business from Pepperdine University and a Marketing degree from Berghs School of Communication in Stockholm. He is also a graduate of the Swedish Military Academy in Linköping, where he trained as a Reserve Officer and currently serves as Commander Second-in-Command (2IC) in the Swedish Armed Forces.

Keith Berglund

The principal and founder of The Berglund Group, has accumulated over 45 years of business (MBA – financial analyst The Northern Trust,  Fortune 50 company and Royal Danish Consulate) and legal experience (top 5% law school). Mr. Berglund started his legal career externing/clerking for federal judges in Chicago beginning in the 1980’s. Coming from a background as an associate and partner with prestigious Wall Street law  firms on a domestic and international basis, Mr. Berglund specializes in representing corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals in complex areas such as commercial litigation, entertainment, debt restructuring (including a Business Week Stock of the Year), and international business (representing most of the top Japanese financial institutions).

Licensed to practice in California, Texas, Illinois, and Georgia, Mr. Berglund has represented a diverse and illustrious client base, including his eminence John Paul II, GE Capital, Lone Star Opportunity Fund, Brentwood Venture Capital, and Universal Music Group. His commitment to community service is evident through his involvement in big brother programs, youth sports coaching,  and various boards such as the Atlanta Youth Orchestra and Atlanta Arts Festival.

Notably, Mr. Berglund was recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in America, served as a commencement speaker at Eastern Illinois University in 2016,  was selected by the prestigious Harvard Graduate Business School program “Business, Entertainment, Media and Sports” and was nominated to West Point.

Fredrik has a long and broad experience in different media channels. He started his career by introducing tabletop Role-playing games in his native Sweden, co-founding and managing several companies such as Target Games, Aventyrsspel, Tradition, and Casper. He was one of the early Swedish video game pioneers and created a portfolio of game titles like Svea Rike, Europa Universalis, Aitfix Dogfighter, Hearts of Iron, Crusader Kings etc. in a group called Paradox Entertainment. In 2005, Fredrik moved to Los Angeles to focus on building and monetizing the Intellectual Properties which contained IP’s like Conan the Barbarian, Solomon Kane, Mutant Chronicles, Kult. In addition to the creative and business development of IP he has produced and financed multiple films and TV series and videogames.

Lisa Agerman

Lisa Agerman was one of the founders of & Other Stories (part of H&M group). She has been in the fashion and marketing industry for 15 years in a wide range of leadership roles in & Other Stories and H&M including, Global Head of Expansion and Sales overseeing 60 stores, 2000 employees and 12 markets and Brand CFO. Her most recent role was as US Brand Country Manager for & Other Stories. Other employers include Accenture.

Lisa is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Un’sweet wine, a zero-sugar wine, transparently labelled, locally produced in California. For this, Lisa has partnered with PR Pro Malin Eklund and Tracy Tutor, businesswoman, celebrity real estate agent and star of Bravo’s hit series “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles”. Lisa Agerman and Malin Eklund, have already launched UN’SWEET in Scandinavia and with its rapid success, the female founders are excited to grow the brand into the US market with their PR and fresh approach to the traditional wine industry.

Lisa is based in Los Angeles where she lives with her husband and her 4-year-old daughter. Her favorite hobby is horses and every summer she goes to Montana to enjoy ranch life.

Gudrun Giddings is the Honorary Consul of Sweden in LA and Southern California.
She also serves on the Board of Directors for Mentor Foundation USA, founded by Her Majesty Queen Silvia of Sweden and the World Health Organization. Gudrun has worked in the global entertainment business for 20+ years. She is the immediate past president and chair of SACC-LA, where she currently continues to serve the chamber on the Board of Directors.

Daniel Wagner is a producer, Co-Founder of Fortitude International and the CEO of Bifrost Pictures. Through his Bifrost Pictures banner, a specialty financing and production company established in 2013, Daniel is a producer on the upcoming MILES AHEAD, starring Don Cheadle as jazz legend Miles Davis, currently in post-production. He also produced SHELTER, directed by Paul Bettany and starring Jennifer Connelly and Anthony Mackie which world premiered at the 2014 Toronto International Film Festival and will be released by Screen Media in the US in 2015. Additionally, he recently executive produced the festival hit WE’LL NEVER HAVE PARIS, directed by Simon Helberg, REASONABLE DOUBT starring Samuel Jackson and Dominic Cooper and THE WORLD MADE STRAIGHT, directed by David Burris and starring Minka Kelly, Haley Joel Osment, Noah Wyle, and based on the award-winning novel by Ron Rash which was released in January 2015.
