Last week SACC-LA announced that we are collaborating with Team Sweden during the Special Olympics World Games 2015 that will be held in Los Angeles this summer! Here in the U.S. people are already showing support for Special Olympics in different ways. So far a lot of people have been brave enough to jump into freezing cold water during a so called Polar Plunge. Participating in this spectacular event is one way to show your support and help raise funds to Special Olympics. For example, singer Lady Gaga and actor Vince Vaughn participated in a Polar Plunge last weekend in Chicago. Please take a look into this video and hopefully you can also get inspired to support the Special Olympics!
