The panelists discussed together with our President and Chair Gudrun Giddings, differences between Scandinavian and American business culture, the panelists also got to share knowledge and experience from their own career paths. Other topics included how to reinvent oneself and find new opportunities and inspiration during these challenging COVID-19 times.

Michaela Pratt

The talented President and CEO of Mentor Foundation USA, founded by HM Queen Silvia of Sweden, who together with the other Mentor Foundations are the leading international not-for-profit network empowering youth and preventing substance abuse. Michaela has a bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing and related support services from George Mason University, and she has earlier held positions such as Marketing Director and Business Manager.
